If I understand correctly, USA Today, the nation’s top selling newspaper is pursuing pushing the new via cell phones and more Internet. Faced with declining readership traditional print advertising, USA Today sees wireless as the way to go. What do you think the future holds for traditional print advertising?

Pine Canyon in Flagstaff AZ Seeking Bankruptcy

According to our local newspaper, the Arizona Daily Sun, the exclusive golf community of Pine Canyon may be seeking bankruptcy potection in order to stay afloat. I have wondered if and when Pine Canyon would have to consider such an action as real estate sales have been slow for the community of Pine Canyon. Flagstaff Real Estate Market Comment

Yesterday’s AZ Daily Sun newspaper had an interesting article noting that the local Flagstaff real estate market has slowed considerably from last years pace. The intent of the article is to make it known that the market is still declining in value. What I find interesting in the report is the fact that the median Flagstaff home price is virtually unchanged since last year. It will be interesting to see what the next six months bring.
